Order that goes to corporate
If you have an order placed on your ShareASale/AWIN link that is not reflected in your account, please do the following. Orders not processed on your ShareASale/AWIN links are not able to be moved.
If you are a US brand ambassador, please submit a Non-Tracked Order inquiry through your ShareASale account. It is located on your payments menu.
If you are a Canadian brand ambassador, please reach out to csna@partylite.com with the order #, the customer name, your AWIN ID number, and your AWIN link.
