The glass of the Refillable by PartyLite jar collection is not colored throughout but has a colored coating. Therefore, if necessary, they should only be cleaned lightly on the outside with a damp cloth.

To remove residual wax from the inside, the jar can be placed in the refrigerator for a few hours- the cold causes the residual wax to contract slightly, making it easy to remove. Under no circumstances should the jar be cleaned in the dishwasher or with dish soap.
