If you experience a system issue:
- If you ever have an order that goes to corporate, please send us an email with the order number and your id number, and we will transfer the order to you asap. Emails should be directed to csna@partylite.com.
- If you experience a technical issue as you’re placing an order or working in your dashboard, please take the following steps:
- Send an email to csna@partylite.com explaining in detail the issue you are experiencing.
- Take a screenshot (or several if necessary) so our IT team can see what is happening and attach the screenshots to your email.
