How do I return my order?
Our 100% Love It Guarantee: If for any reason you don’t like your PartyLite product, returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date if item(s) are returned in their original, unused condition. We will not refund or exchange any candles that have been lit or melted. Any items returned after 60 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. If your item(s) arrived on your doorstep broken or damaged, PartyLite will provide a return label for shipping. We will not refund or exchange any candles that have been lit or melted.
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items along with our RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refunded amount will be provided on a PartyLite Product Certificate.
Please note that credit card refunds may take 10-15 business day to process. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
